2010 Season: Cromwell played in only 5 games for the Lizards, however he averaged 2 assists in each of those games.

2009 Season: Played in 11 games for the Lizards, scoring 9 goals and ranking 5th on the Lizards in points with 18.

2008 Season: Cromwell racked up 21 goals, and 17 assists totaling 40 points finishing second on the Lizards in scoring.

2007 Season:  Keith got off to a hot start in ’07, and  finished the season as the Lizards 3rd leading scorer with 16 goals and 16 assists totaling 33 points.

2006 Season: Scored 17 goals and 16 assists for 38 points.  5 of his goals were two point goals which were good enough for second on the team from behind the arc.
 

2004 Season: With the Barrage, finished the season with 27 goals and
24 assists tallying 53 total points.

2003 Season: Finished with 31 points on 16 goals and 12 assists for Bridgeport.

2002 Season: In his first full season, Cromwell ended with 34 points.
Coming from 19 goals and 14 assists.
 

2001 Season: Drafted # 7 overall by the Barrage out of Rutgers, Cromwell went on to be the MLL’s first Rookie Of the Year. In 11 games for Bridgeport Cromwell had 21 points on 15 goals and 6 assists.

At Rutgers:  Was a 3 time All-American claiming first team honors his senior season. Cromwell sits atop the record book at Rutgers with 266 career points (64 goals ahead of Ed Trabulsy) and 152 goals. He also finished his career 3rd on the Assists list with 114.
